Summary of services & fees applicable to landlords

Letting & Rent Collection - 10% + VAT of the agreed rent for the entire term of tenancy
Letting & Property Management - 15% + VAT of agreed rent

Other fees and charges

Gas Safety Check - Typically in the region of £80
EPC (Energy performance certificate) - Typically in the region of £70
Check in & Inventory fee - Between £100 & £200 + VAT depending on size of property
Cleaning - Between £150 and £300 depending on size of property
Administration - £300 + VAT
